If you remember your username then type it in the field below - it is the same as your customer number, fx.: "i123456". We will send a mail with a link through which you can reset your password to the owner-email on the account. If you are technical administrator (but not owner) of the account, you will need the help of the owner to reset the password. If you forgot your username you can enter your e-mail address in the field instead - we will send a mail containing all usernames of accounts where that e-mail is owner. If you no longer have access to the e-mail address registered on you account, or you forgot both your username and the e-mail registered on the account, please write our support-department with as many details as possible (invoice-numbers, postal address, telephone number etc.), or simply call us.
